Never a Blank Slate

Children are created with gifts from conception - they are never a blank slate. Teach them to show kindness and compassion to those around them.

————

Children are not blank slates.

Their chromosomes are half from each mate.

When they form in their mothers, music invigorates.

Encouraging soft words can soothe and attenuate.

Pre-natal care needs to be first rate.

When they arrive, nurses do all they can to stimulate.

Hospital staff give parents information to educate.

From day one, offspring and parents communicate.

Caregivers should elevate not dominate.

Cause them to think critically and evaluate.

Scientific minds that watch and investigate.

Teach them to show kindness and not discriminate.
